Today we were lucky enough to have Fraser Bruce visit the school with his large collection of African drums and other percussion instruments. Room 2 joined with Mrs B’s class and had a noisy, rhythmic time. It was cool fun. Here are some pictures.

And two weeks ago, Indira brought in some flax from her property and taught some of us how to make flowers. Some of our creations are on display in the office. Thank you, Indira for sharing your skill with us. We also made ‘moon sand’ with Alex, and cardboard box constructions.
