Meet Mrs Murphy.
Mrs Murphy teaches the Year 2 students in Room 5. They are a very enthusiastic class. Most of them have known each other from preschool and they bring a caring supportive culture to the class. She enjoys the small class size at Tomarata because it enables the class to be creative.
Mrs Murphy lives at Mangawhai with her husband Martin, two cats and a dog. She has two daughters, one at boarding school in Auckland and one on an exchange in Germany .
Mrs Murphy enjoys cooking, gardening and walking her dog on the beach. She is looking forward to seeing our worm farm and gardens developing further at school.
